منتج «كلو» — المساعد الذكي الشخصي

تنبيه جوهري«كلو» أداة مساعدة تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد تُخطئ. مخرجاته لا تُعدّ استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو مهنية، ولا تُغني عن مختص مرخّص. أنت المسؤول عن مراجعة ما يقترحه أو ينفّذه بتفويضك، وعن القرارات المبنية عليه.

1التعريفات والقبول

تنظّم هذه الشروط العلاقة بينك وبين عند استخدام «كلو» بأيّ من باقاته. يُقصد بالكلمات التالية المعاني المبيّنة أمامها:

المصطلح	المعنى
الخدمة / كلو	المساعد الذكي الشخصي الذي يعمل عبر بوت تلجرام، مع أدواته ووكلائه ولوحة التحكم والواجهات المرافقة.
الشركة / نحن	شركة ذكاء فلو، مقدّم الخدمة.
المستخدم / أنت / المالك	الشخص الطبيعي أو المنشأة التي تشترك في الخدمة ويقترن بها البوت عبر رمز PIN.
الباقة المُدارة	تشغيل كلو على خوادمنا مقابل اشتراك لمدة تختارها.
باقة «على خادمك»	تشغيل كلو على خادم افتراضي (VPS) يملكه المستخدم ويدفع تكلفته لمزوّده، مقابل اشتراك لنا.
النسخة المحلية	تثبيت كلو على جهاز المستخدم مقابل شراء لمرة واحدة وترخيص خاص به.
الأدوات المتصلة	خدمات خارجية يربطها المستخدم بكلو بمفاتيحه أو صلاحياته (مثل البريد والتقويم وإدارة المهام).
المخرجات	كل نص أو ملف أو إجراء يُنتجه كلو أو ينفّذه استجابةً لطلبات المستخدم.

باستخدامك الخدمة، أو بتأشيرك مربع الموافقة في صفحة التسجيل للتجربة المجانية أو الاشتراك، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية ووافقت عليهما، وأنك تبلغ ١٨ عاماً فأكثر وتملك الأهلية النظامية للتعاقد. إن كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن منشأة، فأنت تقرّ بأنك مخوّل بإلزامها بهذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، فالرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

كلو مساعد إنتاجية شخصي. يفهم طلباتك بالنص أو الصوت، ويستخدم نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي وأدوات ووكلاء متخصصين لتنفيذها.

✕ ما لا تقدّمه الخدمة

استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو استثمارية أو مهنية
ضمان دقة أو اكتمال أو حداثة المعلومات
قرارات نيابةً عنك دون موافقتك على الإجراءات الحسّاسة
بديلاً عن مختص مرخّص أو عن مراجعتك البشرية

إخلاء مسؤولية

نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تنتج معلومات غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو قديمة، وقد تسيء فهم الطلب.
المخرجات «للمساعدة» فقط، والمستخدم وحده مسؤول عن التحقق منها قبل الاعتماد عليها أو إرسالها أو نشرها.
الإجراءات التي توافق عليها (إرسال بريد، نشر، حذف، دفع، تثبيت) تُعدّ صادرة منك وعلى مسؤوليتك.
لا تتحمّل الشركة نتائج القرارات المتخذة بناءً على مخرجات الخدمة.

4الباقات وأدوارنا فيها

يختلف دورنا ومسؤولياتنا باختلاف الباقة التي تختارها:

مسؤولياتك في باقتَي «على خادمك» و«المحلية»

توفير الخادم أو الجهاز وصيانته وحمايته، ودفع فواتير مزوّد الـVPS مباشرةً له؛ فنحن لسنا طرفاً في عقدك مع المزوّد.
تكاليف الـAPIs: نماذج الذكاء والأدوات المتصلة التي يستخدمها كلو تعمل بمفاتيحك الخاصة، وتُحتسب تكاليف استخدامها عليك من مزوّديها مباشرةً.
الحفاظ على سرية مفاتيح الوصول (SSH، مفاتيح النماذج والأدوات، توكن البوت) وعدم مشاركتها.
الاشتراك في نماذج الذكاء أو الخدمات الخارجية التي تحتاجها باسمك ووفق شروط مزوّديها، متى تطلّب إعدادك ذلك.
تفعيل النسخ الاحتياطي والحفاظ عليه؛ ولا نتحمّل فقدان بيانات ناتجاً عن أعطال خادمك أو جهازك أو إجراءات مزوّدك.

أي مقارنة لمزوّدي الـVPS نعرضها هي معلومات إرشادية مأخوذة من صفحاتهم العامة في تاريخ محدد، وقد تتغيّر الأسعار والمواصفات دون علمنا. القرار والتعاقد مع المزوّد مسؤوليتك.

5الأدوات المتصلة والمهارات والتفويض

قد تربط بكلو خدمات خارجية مثل Gmail وGoogle Calendar وClickUp وأدوات البحث والصوت والأتمتة. عند ربط أي أداة:

تمنح كلو صلاحية التصرّف في حدود ما تسمح به تلك الأداة ومفاتيحها، وتبقى مسؤولاً عن نطاق الصلاحيات التي تمنحها.
تخضع علاقتك بمزوّد الأداة لشروطه وسياساته، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية توفّرها أو تغيّر واجهاتها أو أسعارها.
الإجراءات الحسّاسة — مثل إرسال البريد، والنشر، والدفع، والحذف، وتثبيت البرمجيات — لا تُنفَّذ إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة داخل المحادثة.
يمكنك فصل أي أداة في أي وقت بإلغاء مفاتيحها أو صلاحياتها لدى مزوّدها أو من إعدادات كلو.

المهارات والتعلّم

يتعلّم كلو من تفاعلك عبر ذاكرته الشخصية، وقد يُخطئ في فهم تفضيل أو تعميمه؛ يمكنك تصحيحه أو طلب نسيان أي معلومة في أي وقت.
المهارات التي نوفّرها تخضع لهذه الشروط. أما المهارات التي تضيفها من مصدر خارجي أو تطلب من كلو إنشاءها لك، فأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة محتواها ومشروعية استخدامها وما تنفّذه، ولا نضمن عملها أو نتائجها.
تعمل كل المهارات ضمن نفس طبقات الحماية وبوابة الموافقة، ويحق لنا تعطيل أي مهارة تُخالف هذه الشروط أو تُعرّض الخدمة أو المستخدمين للخطر.

6الأسعار والدفع والتجديد

تُعرض أسعار الباقات على صفحة كلو أو في عرض السعر المرسل إليك، وتكون بالريال السعودي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وقد تُضاف إليها ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفق الأنظمة.
الاشتراكات (المُدارة، وعلى خادمك) تُدفع مقدّماً عن المدة التي تختارها عند الطلب (أياماً أو أشهراً أو سنوات)، ولا تتجدّد تلقائياً. نذكّرك قبل نهاية المدة، والتجديد بطلبك ودفعك لمدة جديدة.
يتم الدفع حالياً بالتنسيق مع فريقنا عبر واتساب الشركة بعد التسجيل، ويبدأ تجهيز اشتراكك بعد تأكيد الدفع. لا نطلب منك بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية ولا نخزّنها.
النسخة المحلية تُدفع مرة واحدة وتمنحك ترخيصاً دائماً للإصدار المشترى؛ وقد تخضع التحديثات الرئيسية المستقبلية أو الدعم الممتد لرسوم منفصلة يُعلن عنها مسبقاً.
في باقة «على خادمك» يتحمّل العميل تكلفة خادم الـVPS وتكاليف استخدام الـAPIs (نماذج الذكاء والأدوات المتصلة)، ويدفعها لمزوّديها مباشرةً بمفاتيحه الخاصة؛ ولا تدخل في سعر اشتراكنا.
يجوز تعديل الأسعار بإشعار مسبق لا يقل عن ٣٠ يوماً، ولا يسري التعديل على فترة اشتراك مدفوعة قائمة.
عند انتهاء المدة دون تجديد، تتوقف الخدمة بعد مهلة قصيرة، وتُستأنف فور التجديد، ببياناتك كما هي ما دامت لم تُحذف.

7التجربة المجانية

متاحة عبر صفحة الحجز، لمرة واحدة لكل مستخدم، ودون بيانات دفع.
تعمل على خوادمنا في بيئة معزولة لكل مستخدم، ولا يحصل المستخدم على وصول إلى الخادم. نطلب عند التسجيل اسمك وبريدك وجوالك (واسم منشأتك اختيارياً) وتوكن البوت، دون أي بيانات دفع.
يعمل مساعدك في التجربة على اشتراك شركتنا في ChatGPT بعد تفعيل فريقنا له، فلا تحتاج اشتراكاً خاصاً.
مدتها ونطاقها وحدود استخدامها تُحدَّد عند الحجز، ويجوز لنا إنهاؤها عند إساءة الاستخدام.
تتوقف الخدمة عند انتهاء التجربة، ونذكّرك قبل ذلك. إن لم تشترك، يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوماً من انتهائها، ثم تُحذف.

8سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع

الحالة	الحكم
عدم التجديد	الاشتراك لا يتجدّد تلقائياً، فيكفي ألا تجدّده، ويستمر حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
استرجاع مبلغ الفترة الحالية	لا يُسترجع مقابل الفترة الحالية المدفوعة، لأن الخدمة الرقمية تُتاح فور الدفع.
النسخة المحلية	شراء نهائي لا يُسترجع بعد تسليم الترخيص أو ملفات التثبيت، ما لم يمنع خلل جوهري منّا تشغيلها ونعجز عن إصلاحه خلال مدة معقولة.
خلل تقني من جانبنا	إذا انقطعت الباقة المُدارة لخلل من جانبنا مدة مؤثرة، ننظر في التعويض (تمديد الفترة غالباً) بعد التحقق.
إنهاء منّا دون مخالفة منك	نردّ الجزء غير المستخدم من الفترة المدفوعة.
إنهاء بسبب مخالفتك	لا يحق لك استرجاع أي مبالغ مدفوعة.

لا يخلّ ما سبق بأي حق مقرّر للمستهلك بموجب نظام التجارة الإلكترونية والأنظمة ذات العلاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

9الاستخدام المقبول والمحظورات

تلتزم باستخدام كلو لأغراض مشروعة فقط. ويُحظر عليك استخدامه — أو محاولة استخدامه — في أيٍّ مما يلي:

أي نشاط مخالف لأنظمة المملكة أو لأنظمة بلدك
الأسلحة أو إيذاء أي شخص أو التخطيط لهجوم
المواد المحظورة أو الاتجار بها
اختراق الأنظمة أو الحسابات أو تعطيلها
الاحتيال والتزوير وانتحال الشخصية
أي محتوى يخص القاصرين بصورة مسيئة
التصرّف في حسابات الغير أو بياناتهم دون إذن

✕ محظور على المنتج نفسه

محاولة كشف طريقة بناء كلو أو تعليماته الداخلية
محاولة نسخه أو إعادة بيعه أو توزيعه
محاولة تجاوز تعليمات المساعد أو ضوابطه الأمنية
الهندسة العكسية أو فكّ الترخيص
مشاركة بيانات الوصول أو توكن البوت مع الغير
إرهاق الخدمة آلياً بما يضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين

كيف نطبّق ذلك؟يعمل في كلو حارس آلي يكشف الطلبات الخطرة ضمن هذه الفئات، فيرفضها ويرسل إنذاراً لفريقنا قد يتضمن نص الطلب المرفوض، ولا يطّلع عليه إلا المختصون لغرض الأمان. ويحق لنا عند المخالفة: رفض الطلب، أو تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه فوراً، أو إلغاء الترخيص، واتخاذ ما يلزم نظامياً، والمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار. لا يعني ذلك أننا نراقب محتواك العادي؛ فالفحص آلي ويقتصر على كشف الإساءة.

10أمان الحساب ومسؤولياتك

يقترن كل كلو بمالك واحد عبر رمز PIN، ومن محادثة خاصة فقط. أنت مسؤول عن سرية رمز PIN وتوكن البوت وعبارة الإيقاف الطارئ.
كل ما يصدر من حسابك المقترن يُعدّ صادراً منك، ما لم تُبلغنا فوراً باستخدام غير مصرّح به.
يُنصح بعدم إدراج أرقام الهوية أو الحسابات المصرفية أو بيانات الغير الحسّاسة في المحادثات.
عند الاشتباه في اختراق، استخدم عبارة الإيقاف الطارئ، وغيّر توكن البوت من BotFather، وتواصل معنا.

11التوفّر والتحديثات والدعم

نبذل أفضل جهد معقول لإبقاء الباقة المُدارة متاحة، دون ضمان عمل متواصل خالٍ من الانقطاع؛ فقد تتوقف الخدمة لصيانة مجدولة أو طارئة، أو لتعطّل منصة تلجرام أو مزوّدي النماذج والأدوات.
قد نحدّث كلو بإضافة مزايا أو تعديلها أو إيقاف بعضها لتحسين الخدمة أو أمانها أو للامتثال للأنظمة.

12المسؤولية وحدودها

أعطال خادمك أو جهازك أو مزوّدك أو تلجرام أو الأدوات الخارجية
الإجراءات التي وافقت عليها بنفسك
سوء الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها». وفي أقصى حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة إجماليَّ المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للواقعة. ولا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظاماً.

13التعويض

تتعهّد بتعويض الشركة وحمايتها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو تكاليف (بما فيها أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة) تنشأ عن: مخالفتك هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة، أو محتوى تُدخله أو إجراءات تأمر بها أو توافق عليها عبر كلو، أو انتهاكك حقوق الغير.

14الملكية الفكرية والترخيص

اسم «كلو» وشعاره وتصميمه وكوده وتعليماته ووكلاؤه وكل ما يتصل بها مملوكة لشركة ذكاء فلو.
نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل إلا بموافقتنا، لاستخدام كلو للأغراض الشخصية والمهنية طوال مدة اشتراكك، أو دائماً للإصدار المشترى في النسخة المحلية.
مفاتيح الترخيص مرتبطة بك، ويجوز تتبّعها أو نقلها بموافقتنا أو إلغاؤها عند المخالفة.
يُحظر: الهندسة العكسية، أو استخراج التعليمات، أو اشتقاق منتجات منافسة، أو استخدام العلامة التجارية دون إذن كتابي.

15بياناتك ومخرجاتك

تبقى ملكية المحتوى الذي تُدخله (رسائل، ملفات، ذاكرة) لك، وتمنحنا الحق المحدود في معالجته فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
لك الحق في استخدام المخرجات التي يُنتجها كلو لك، مع مراعاة أنها قد تتشابه مع مخرجات لمستخدمين آخرين، وأنك مسؤول عن التحقق من عدم انتهاكها حقوق الغير قبل نشرها.
لا نستخدم محتواك لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.

16التعديلات والإنهاء

تعديل الشروط

التعديلات الجوهرية (الأسعار أو نطاق الخدمة أو الحقوق): بإشعار مسبق ٣٠ يوماً عبر البوت أو البريد.
التعديلات التقنية أو التوضيحية: تسري فور نشرها.
استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد سريان التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

الإنهاء

يجوز لك الإنهاء في أي وقت بإلغاء الاشتراك، ويستمر حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
يجوز لنا الإنهاء بإشعار معقول، أو فوراً عند المخالفة.
بعد الإنهاء، يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك خلال المهلة التي نُعلنها، ثم تُحذف وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
تبقى البنود التي تقتضي طبيعتها الاستمرار سارية بعد الإنهاء (الملكية الفكرية، حدود المسؤولية، التعويض، القانون المطبق).

17القوة القاهرة

لا يُعدّ أي طرف مخلّاً بالتزاماته إذا تعذّر عليه تنفيذها لأسباب خارجة عن سيطرته المعقولة، مثل الكوارث، أو انقطاع الإنترنت أو الكهرباء على نطاق واسع، أو قرارات الجهات الحكومية، أو توقّف منصة تلجرام أو مزوّدي النماذج والبنية السحابية.

18القانون المطبق والنزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية، ونظام التعاملات الإلكترونية، ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
يسعى الطرفان لتسوية أي خلاف ودياً خلال ٣٠ يوماً من إشعار كتابي.
عند التعذّر، تختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بالنظر في النزاع.
عند التعارض بين النسخة العربية وأي ترجمة، تسود النسخة العربية.

19الشكاوى والتواصل

أرسل شكواك إلى البريد الإلكتروني مع وصف تفصيلي، ولقطات إن وُجدت.
نؤكّد الاستلام خلال ٢٤–٤٨ ساعة عمل.
ندرس الشكوى ونتحقق منها، ونُرسل رداً نهائياً خلال ٥ أيام عمل كحد أقصى.
ننفّذ الحل المناسب أو التعويض إن ثبت الاستحقاق.

Nothing Klo produces is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and it is no substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing what it suggests or does on your behalf — and for any decision you base on it.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs in any way from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.

1Definitions & acceptance

These terms govern the relationship between you and whenever you use Klo, on any plan. In them:

Term	Meaning
Klo / the Service	The personal AI assistant that runs through a Telegram bot, together with its tools, agents, dashboard and companion interfaces.
We / the Company	Thakaa Flow Company, the provider of the Service.
You / the Owner	The individual or organization that subscribes to the Service and to whom the bot is paired by PIN.
Managed plan	Klo running on our servers, for a subscription period you choose.
Your Server plan	Klo running on a virtual private server (VPS) that you own and pay for directly, plus a subscription to us.
Local copy	Klo installed on your own machine, for a one-time purchase and a license in your name.
Connected tools	Third-party services you link to Klo with your own keys or permissions (for example email, calendar or task management).
Output	Any text, file or action Klo produces or performs in response to your requests.

By using the Service, or by ticking the consent box on the sign-up page for a free trial or a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3What Klo is — and isn't

Klo is a personal productivity assistant. It understands your requests in text or voice, and uses AI models, tools and specialist agents to carry them out.

What Klo does

Manages tasks, reminders and appointments
Reads, summarizes and extracts from your documents
Drafts messages and replies, and helps you communicate
Researches the web and summarizes what it finds
Takes actions through the tools you connect — on your authority

✕ What Klo doesn't do

Give legal, medical, financial, investment or other professional advice
Guarantee that information is accurate, complete or current
Make decisions for you or take sensitive actions without your approval
Replace a licensed professional or your own human judgment

Disclaimer

AI models can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and can misread a request.
Output is provided to help you. You alone are responsible for checking it before you rely on it, send it or publish it.
Actions you approve — sending email, publishing, deleting, paying, installing — are treated as your own actions and are taken at your responsibility.
The Company is not responsible for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the Service's output.

4Plans and our role in each

What we do — and what we're responsible for — depends on the plan you choose:

Your responsibilities on the Your Server and Local plans

Providing, maintaining and securing the server or machine, and paying your VPS provider directly — we are not a party to your contract with them.
Paying for API usage: the AI models and connected tools Klo uses run on your own keys, and their usage costs are billed to you by those providers.
Keeping your access credentials confidential — SSH keys, model and tool API keys, and your bot token — and never sharing them.
Subscribing, in your own name and under their terms, to any AI model or third-party service your setup requires.
Enabling and maintaining backups. We are not responsible for data loss caused by failures of your server or machine, or by your provider.

Any VPS comparison we publish is guidance based on providers' public pages on a specific date. Prices and specs can change without our knowledge; choosing and contracting a provider is your decision.

5Connected tools, skills & authorization

You may connect third-party services to Klo — such as Gmail, Google Calendar, ClickUp, and search, voice or automation tools. When you do:

You authorize Klo to act within whatever that tool and its keys allow, and you remain responsible for the scope of access you grant.
Your relationship with each tool's provider is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, or for changes to their APIs or pricing.
Sensitive actions — sending email, publishing, payments, deletions and installing software — only happen after your explicit approval in the chat.
You can disconnect any tool at any time by revoking its keys or permissions with the provider, or in Klo's settings.

Skills and learning

Klo learns from your interactions through its personal memory, and it may occasionally misread or over-generalize a preference. You can correct it, or ask it to forget anything, at any time.
Skills we provide are covered by these terms. Skills you add from an outside source — or ask Klo to create for you — are your responsibility: you are responsible for reviewing their content, the lawfulness of using them, and what they do. We don't guarantee how they work or what they produce.
Every skill runs inside the same security layers and approval gate, and we may disable any skill that breaches these terms or puts the Service or its users at risk.

6Pricing, payment & renewal

Plan prices are shown on the Klo page or in the quote we send you. They are in Saudi riyals unless stated otherwise, and VAT may be added as required by law.
Subscriptions (Managed and Your Server) are paid in advance for the period you choose when you order (days, months or years), and never renew automatically. We remind you before the period ends; renewing is your request and a new payment.
Payment is currently arranged with our team over the company WhatsApp after you sign up, and your subscription is set up once payment is confirmed. We never ask for or store your card details.
The Local copy is paid once and gives you a perpetual license to the version you bought. Future major upgrades or extended support may be charged separately, with notice in advance.
On the Your Server plan, your VPS and your API usage (AI models and connected tools) are paid directly to their providers, on your own keys. They are not included in our price.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change never applies to a subscription period you have already paid for.
When a period ends without renewal, the Service stops after a short grace period, and resumes as soon as you renew — with your data as it was, unless it has been deleted.

7Free trial

Available through the booking page, once per person, with no payment details required.
It runs on our servers in an isolated environment for each user, and trial users do not get access to the server. At sign-up we ask for your name, email, phone (and, optionally, your organization) and your bot token — never payment details.
During the trial your assistant runs on our company's ChatGPT subscription once our team activates it, so you don't need a subscription of your own.
The trial's length, scope and usage limits are set when you book, and we may end it in case of misuse.
The Service stops when the trial ends, and we remind you beforehand. If you don't subscribe, you can ask to export your data within 30 days of the end; it is then deleted.

8Cancellation & refunds

Situation	What happens
Not renewing	Subscriptions never renew automatically, so simply don't renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refund of the current period	The current paid period isn't refunded, as the digital service is made available immediately on payment.
Local copy	A final sale, non-refundable once the license or installation files are delivered — unless a material defect on our side prevents it from running and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
A technical fault on our side	If the Managed plan suffers a significant outage caused by us, we'll consider compensation — usually an extension of your period — after verifying it.
We end the Service without any breach by you	We refund the unused portion of your paid period.
We end the Service because of your breach	No refund of amounts paid.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law or other applicable regulations.

9Acceptable use

You agree to use Klo for lawful purposes only. You must not use it — or try to use it — for any of the following:

Prohibited substances or trafficking in them
Hacking or disrupting systems or accounts
Fraud, forgery or impersonation
Any abusive content involving minors
Acting on other people's accounts or data without permission

✕ Prohibited against the product itself

Trying to uncover how Klo is built or its internal instructions
Copying, reselling or redistributing it
Trying to bypass the assistant's instructions or security controls
Reverse engineering or cracking the license
Sharing your access or bot token with others
Overloading the Service in ways that harm other users

How we enforce thisKlo includes an automated guard that detects harmful requests in these categories, refuses them and alerts our team. An alert may include the text of the refused request, which only the people responsible for security see. If you breach this section, we may refuse the request, suspend or terminate your account immediately, revoke your license, take any necessary legal action and claim damages. This doesn't mean we read your everyday content — the checks are automated and limited to detecting abuse.

10Account security

Each Klo is paired with a single owner via PIN, from a private chat only. You are responsible for keeping your PIN, bot token and emergency stop phrase confidential.
Anything done from your paired account is treated as done by you, unless you tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
We recommend not sharing ID numbers, bank details or other people's sensitive data in your conversations.
If you suspect a compromise, use your emergency stop phrase, regenerate your bot token in BotFather, and contact us.

11Availability, updates & support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Managed plan available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, or outages at Telegram or at model and tool providers, may cause downtime.
We may update Klo — adding, changing or retiring features — to improve the Service or its security, or to stay compliant with regulations.

Failures of your server, machine or provider, of Telegram, or of third-party tools

Misuse, or any breach of these terms

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these terms or of the law; content you provide, or actions you instruct or approve through Klo; or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

14Intellectual property & license

The Klo name, logo, design, code, instructions and agents — and everything connected to them — belong to Thakaa Flow Company.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license, not transferable without our consent, to use Klo for personal and professional purposes for the duration of your subscription — or perpetually for the purchased version of the Local copy.
License keys are tied to you. They may be tracked, transferred with our consent, or revoked in case of breach.
Reverse engineering, extracting instructions, building competing derivative products, or using our trademarks without written permission are all prohibited.

15Your data and your output

You keep ownership of the content you put in — messages, files and memory. You grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide the Service.
You may use the output Klo produces for you. Similar output may be generated for other users, and it's your responsibility to make sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights before you publish it.
We do not use your content to train AI models.

16Changes & termination

Changes to these terms

Material changes (to prices, scope of service or your rights): 30 days' notice through the bot or by email.
Technical or clarifying changes: effective as soon as they're published.
Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Termination

You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
We may end it with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of breach.
After termination, you can request an export of your data within the window we announce; it is then deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Clauses that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, limits of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply after termination.

17Force majeure

Neither party is in breach if it can't perform because of events beyond its reasonable control — such as natural disasters, widespread internet or power outages, government decisions, or outages at Telegram, AI model providers or cloud infrastructure.

18Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law, the Electronic Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.
Both parties will try to settle any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice.
Failing that, the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
If the Arabic version and any translation conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

Email us your complaint with a clear description — and screenshots, if you have them.
We acknowledge it within 24–48 business hours.
We investigate and send a final response within 5 business days at most.
We put the right fix in place, or compensate you where that's warranted.

كيف يتعامل «كلو» مع بياناتك — بوضوح وبلا مصطلحات مبهمة

2البيانات التي نجمعها

أ. بيانات الحساب والاقتران

معرّف حسابك في تلجرام، وتوكن البوت الخاص بك، ورمز الاقتران (يُخزَّن بشكل محمي).
بيانات التسجيل للتجربة أو الاشتراك: الاسم، والبريد، ورقم الجوال، واسم المنشأة إن قدّمته، وتوكن البوت، ومفتاح OpenRouter إن قدّمته.

ب. المحتوى الذي تُنشئه

عند ربط البريد أو التقويم أو غيرها، يصل كلو إلى البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك فقط (مثل رسالة أو موعد بعينه)، وتُخزَّن مفاتيح الربط مشفّرة.

د. سجلات التشغيل والأمان

أوقات الاستخدام، والأخطاء، وأحداث الأمان (محاولات اقتران، أوامر مرفوضة، إنذارات إساءة) — مع تنقية الأسرار والمفاتيح منها تلقائياً.

هـ. ما لا نجمعه

لا نطلب بيانات بطاقاتك المصرفية ولا نخزّنها؛ يتم الدفع حالياً بالتنسيق مع فريقنا.
لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية.

4كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تنفيذ طلباتك: التذكيرات والمهام والبحث وقراءة الملفات والبريد والتقويم.
بناء ذاكرتك الشخصية لتكون الردود مبنية على سياقك.
حماية الخدمة: كشف الطلبات الخطرة، ومنع تسريب الأسرار، والتحقق من هوية المالك. عند كشف طلب مخالف يُرسَل إنذار لفريقنا قد يتضمن نص الطلب المرفوض، ولا يطّلع عليه إلا المختصون.
الدعم الفني والفوترة وإشعارات الحساب.
الامتثال للمتطلبات النظامية والرقابية.

ما يصل فريقنا من تنبيهات، ولماذا

في الباقة المُدارة والتجربة المجانية، يرسل مساعدك وخادمنا تنبيهات آلية إلى فريقنا المختص عبر قناة داخلية خاصة، لحماية الخدمة وإصلاح أعطالها وتشغيل اشتراكك. هذه هي كلها، وما يتضمنه كل منها:

ولا يصل فريقنا شيء من محادثاتك العادية غير ما ورد أعلاه. ويصلنا بريد بتفاصيل طلب التسجيل (الاسم والبريد والجوال والمنشأة ونوع الطلب، دون التوكن والمفاتيح) لمتابعته. وفي باقتَي «على خادمك» و«المحلية» لا يصلنا أي تنبيه، إلا إن ربطت قناة تنبيهاتنا بنفسك لغرض الدعم.

لا نبيع بياناتكلا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها لأي طرف لأغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية، ولا نستخدم محتواك لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.

5معالجة الذكاء والنقل خارج المملكة

لكي يفهم كلو رسالتك ويردّ عليها، يُرسَل نصها إلى نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي لدى مزوّد دولي قد تقع خوادمه خارج المملكة. لا يفرض النظام السعودي توطيناً إجبارياً لكل البيانات، لكن نقلها للخارج يخضع لضمانات، ونلتزم بها كالتالي:

في التجربة المجانية، وللمشترك الذي يختار ذلك، يعمل مساعدك على اشتراك شركتنا في ChatGPT لدى OpenAI. وإن ربطت اشتراكك الخاص في ChatGPT أو مفتاح OpenRouter، فالمعالجة عبر حسابك أنت ووفق شروط مزوّده.

ضماناتنا

الموافقة: بتأشيرك مربع الموافقة عند التسجيل، وباستخدامك الخدمة، توافق صراحةً على هذه المعالجة، ويمكنك سحب موافقتك بالتوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب الحذف.
تقليل البيانات: لا نرسل إلا الحد الأدنى اللازم لتنفيذ الطلب.
إخفاء الهوية عند الحاجة: تُنقّى الأسرار والمفاتيح آلياً من الرسائل والسجلات.
مزوّدون موثوقون: نختار مزوّدي نماذج ملتزمين بعدم استخدام بيانات واجهاتهم البرمجية للتدريب وفق شروطهم.

تنبيه مهملا تُدرِج في رسائلك أرقام هوية أو حسابات مصرفية أو بيانات صحية أو بيانات حسّاسة لأشخاص آخرين. إن أدرجتها، تقع مسؤولية ذلك عليك.

6أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

تُخزَّن البيانات في قاعدة بيانات مستقلة لكل عميل، ولا تختلط بيانات عميل ببيانات آخر. أما طلبات التسجيل فتُحفظ في منصة أتمتة سحابية (n8n) في الاتحاد الأوروبي، ويُحذف منها توكن البوت ومفتاح OpenRouter فور تجهيز مساعدك.

7كيف نحمي بياناتك

الاقتران بمالك واحد	رمز PIN، ومن محادثة خاصة فقط، ورمز لمرة واحدة عند التثبيت بدل منح الملكية لأول شخص.
القفل التلقائي والإيقاف الطارئ	قفل بعد الخمول، وعبارة إيقاف فورية بيدك.
حجب الأسرار	فحص كل رسالة صادرة وكل سجل وتنقيته من المفاتيح والرموز السرية.
حارس الوصول للأسرار	رفض أي محاولة لإرسال ملفات الأسرار للخارج، وطلب موافقتك قبل قراءتها.
بوابة الموافقة	البريد والنشر والدفع والحذف والتثبيت تتطلب موافقتك.
حارس الحذف	أرشفة قبل أي حذف، ورفض المسارات الغامضة.
العزل بين العملاء	مستخدم نظام مستقل لكل عميل، وصلاحيات مقيّدة على ملفاته وقاعدة بياناته.
التشفير	تشفير الأسرار المخزّنة، ونقل مشفّر، ونسخ احتياطية قابلة للتشفير بمفتاح.

لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نبذل أقصى جهد معقول، ونراجع الضوابط باستمرار.

8الذاكرة الشخصية

يبني كلو ذاكرة من محادثاتك (ملخّصات، ومؤشرات بحث نصي ودلالي) ليتذكّر مشاريعك وتفضيلاتك. تتلاشى المعلومات الأقدم تدريجياً، ويمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب منه نسيان معلومة بعينها، أو حذف ذاكرتك كاملة بأمر «احذف بياناتي».

10مع من نشارك البيانات

مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء: نص الرسائل اللازم لمعالجتها (القسم ٥).
تلجرام: تمرّ رسائلك عبر منصة تلجرام وفق سياستها، بوصفها قناة الخدمة.
الأدوات التي تربطها أنت: تُرسَل إليها البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك فقط.
مزوّدو البنية السحابية: في الباقة المُدارة والتجربة، لاستضافة الخدمة (خوادمنا لدى Hostinger في ألمانيا).
منصة الأتمتة (n8n): لاستقبال طلبات التسجيل وتجهيز مساعدك.
مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني (Google): لإرسال رسائل التسجيل والتفعيل إليك.
استضافة صفحة التسجيل (Vercel): تمرّ عبرها بيانات الاستمارة عند الإرسال.
البنك أو مزوّد الدفع: بقدر ما يلزم لإتمام عملية الدفع.
الجهات المختصة: عند وجود التزام نظامي أو طلب رسمي.

11حقوقك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)

12حوادث البيانات

إذا وقع حادث يمسّ بياناتك الشخصية في الباقة المُدارة، نعمل على احتوائه فوراً، ونُبلغ الجهة الرقابية وإياك وفق المتطلبات والمدد النظامية، مع بيان ما حدث وما اتخذناه وما يمكنك فعله.

13القاصرون

الخدمة موجّهة لمن بلغوا ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون ذلك. إن علمت بأن قاصراً يستخدم الخدمة، فتواصل معنا لنحذف بياناته.

14التخزين في المتصفح

لا تستخدم هذه الصفحة ملفات تتبّع إعلانية أو تحليلية. تحفظ فقط تفضيلات العرض (الوضع الفاتح/الداكن واللغة) في متصفحك. قد تضع صفحة الحجز أو خدمات الفيديو الخارجية ملفاتها الخاصة وفق سياساتها.

15التعديلات والجهة الرقابية

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونُعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية مسبقاً عبر البوت أو البريد.
يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA)، الجهة المختصة بتطبيق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، عبر sdaia.gov.sa.

1Who controls your data

a. Account and pairing data

Your Telegram account ID, your bot token, and your pairing code (stored in protected form).
Sign-up details for a trial or a subscription: name, email, phone number, organization if you give it, your bot token, and your OpenRouter key if you give it.
The record of your consent to the Terms and this Privacy Policy: when you gave it, and which version.

b. Content you create

Your conversations with Klo, your tasks and reminders, and the memory it builds from your interactions (summaries and search indexes).
Files and voice notes you send for processing.

c. Connected-tool data

When you connect email, calendar or other tools, Klo only accesses what it needs to carry out your request (a specific message or event, for example). Connection keys are stored encrypted.

d. Operational and security logs

Usage times, errors and security events (pairing attempts, blocked commands, abuse alerts) — with secrets and keys automatically scrubbed out.

e. What we don't collect

We never ask for or store your card details; payment is currently arranged with our team.
We don't use advertising trackers.

4How we use your data

To carry out your requests: reminders, tasks, research, reading files, email and calendar.
To build your personal memory, so Klo's answers reflect your context.
To protect the Service: detecting harmful requests, preventing secret leaks, and verifying the owner. When a request is refused, our team gets an alert that may include its text, seen only by the people responsible for security.
For support, billing and account notifications.
To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

The alerts our team receives, and why

On the Managed plan and the free trial, your assistant and our server send automated alerts to our responsible team over a private internal channel, to protect the Service, fix faults and run your subscription. This is all of them, and what each contains:

Nothing else from your everyday conversations reaches our team. We also receive an email with your sign-up details (name, email, phone, organization and the request type — never your token or keys) to follow it up. On the Your Server and Local plans we receive no alerts at all, unless you connect our alert channel yourself for support.

We don't sell your dataWe never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone for marketing or advertising, and we never use your content to train AI models.

5AI processing & transfers outside the Kingdom

For Klo to understand and answer your message, its text is sent to an AI model run by an international provider whose servers may be located outside Saudi Arabia. Saudi law doesn't require all data to be stored locally, but transfers abroad are subject to safeguards — and this is how we meet them:

During the free trial — and for subscribers who choose it — your assistant runs on our company's ChatGPT subscription with OpenAI. If you link your own ChatGPT subscription or an OpenRouter key, processing goes through your own account, under that provider's terms.

Our safeguards

Consent: by ticking the consent box at sign-up and using the Service, you explicitly agree to this processing, and you can withdraw consent by stopping use and requesting deletion.
Data minimization: we send only what's needed to complete the request.
De-identification where needed: secrets and keys are automatically scrubbed from messages and logs.
Trusted providers: we choose model providers whose terms commit them not to train on data sent through their APIs.

Please noteDon't include ID numbers, bank account details, health information, or other people's sensitive data in your messages. If you do, you are responsible for that choice.

Each customer's data sits in its own separate database — one customer's data never mixes with another's. Sign-up requests are kept on a cloud automation platform (n8n) in the EU, and your bot token and OpenRouter key are removed from it as soon as your assistant is set up.

7How we protect your data

Single-owner pairing	PIN-protected, from a private chat only, with a one-time code at install instead of handing ownership to whoever messages first.
Auto-lock & kill switch	Locks after inactivity, and an emergency stop phrase is always in your hands.
Secret redaction	Every outgoing message and log is scanned and cleaned of keys and tokens.
Secrets-access guard	Blocks any attempt to send secret files off the server, and asks for your approval before reading them.
Approval gate	Email, publishing, payments, deletion and installs all require your approval.
Deletion guard	Archives before any deletion and refuses ambiguous paths.
Customer isolation	A separate system user for every customer, with locked-down permissions on their files and database.
Encryption	Encrypted stored secrets, encrypted transport, and backups that can be encrypted with your key.

No system is 100% secure, but we make every reasonable effort and review our controls continuously.

8Personal memory

Klo builds a memory from your conversations — summaries plus text and semantic search indexes — so it remembers your projects and preferences. Older details fade over time, and you can ask it to forget a specific detail at any moment, or wipe your whole memory with "delete my data".

9How long we keep data

10Who we share data with

AI model providers: the message text needed to process it (see section 5).
Telegram: your messages pass through Telegram, under its own policy, as the channel for the Service.
Tools you connect: only the data needed to carry out your request.
Cloud infrastructure providers: to host the Service on the Managed plan and the trial (our servers with Hostinger, in Germany).
Automation platform (n8n): to receive sign-up requests and set up your assistant.
Email provider (Google): to send you sign-up and activation messages.
Sign-up page hosting (Vercel): the form data passes through it when you send it.
Bank or payment provider: only what is needed to complete a payment.
Authorities: where there's a legal obligation or an official request.

We respond to rights requests within the statutory timeframe. We may ask you to verify your identity first, to protect your data.

12Data incidents

If an incident affects your personal data on the Managed plan, we contain it immediately and notify both the regulator and you within the required timeframes — explaining what happened, what we've done, and what you can do.

13Minors

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you learn that a minor is using the Service, please contact us so we can delete their data.

14Browser storage

This page uses no advertising or analytics trackers. It only saves your display preferences (light/dark mode and language) in your browser. The booking page or third-party video services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

15Changes & the regulator

We may update this policy, and we'll tell you about material changes in advance through the bot or by email.
You have the right to complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority responsible for enforcing the Personal Data Protection Law, at sdaia.gov.sa.
